Confidentiality and Privacy

Art of Meaning aims to maintain the highest standards of decency, fairness and integrity in all operations.  Likewise, are dedicated to protecting client's and online visitor's privacy.  This privacy policy will give you information about the types of information that is collected & how it is used.

Private Sessions

In many countries, the law protects the relationship between a client and an Art Therapist. Therefore no information will be disclosed without written permission.

Personal Information

Art of Meaning will collect personally identifiable information from the visitors to it's website which may include, name, postal address, email address and telephone number. This information is collected if you request information, or sign up to join the email list or request some other service or information.

How do I use the Information

Any of the information collected from you may be used in any of the following ways; 
                           to notify you of any updates
                           to respond to your inquiries
                           to administer a survey to you
Personal information received from you will be used only for internal purposes and will not be sold or provided to third parties.

If changes are made to this privacy policy it will be posted on Art of Meaning website.  This policy was last updated on 04/01/2018.

Feedback and Complaints

I acknowledge the rights of all people to express their opinion regarding the work I am offering and welcome feedback whether it be of a complementary flavour or otherwise.  In my view, feedback and complaints help to discover better outcomes by providing the opportunity to listen. This is important in the development of solutions and can lead to improvements of practice and can also highlight what is appreciated and valued.
